How much does it cost?
Our support plans are based on a number of factors, including the number of end-points (i.e., computers, laptops, servers) we’re supporting and the level of service being requested.
For companies who aren’t quite ready to commit to a managed services plan, we’re more than happy to offer “as needed” technical support (both on-site and remote) as well as a la carte consulting and/or project management. Our “as needed” support services are billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes.
At MOBE Systems, we don’t believe in long-term contracts. All support plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. If we’re not meeting your expectations, or if the relationship simply isn’t working, you can walk away at any time. No questions asked.
